Hey all! Today is day number 2 for me doing the 30 day challenge. I have a great support system as my boyfriend is doing it with me. I'm having a little difficulty with the lunges as I have bad knees to begin with (yes even at 27 years of age).
Even after day 2 exercise I find I have more energy. I've started drinking more water and eating more fruits and vegetables.
Good luck to everyone else on! I will keep posting with my results!
