Today I did run EASA2 and program wanted some entry - entering weight and pulse test?
Because I needed immediately display workout to visitors, I skipped it - there was some info that something will not be able. It was important?
I can delete and reinstall EASA2 and begin from zero, if needed.
Or is possible to enter it now? I know that weight is in profile settting but pulse test?
Thanks.
L|||The test comes up every week, usually Sunday or Monday. I have the Wii so I'm not sure how the PS3 triggers the weigh-in and the "pulse" test. I have to remember to click on the "journal" on Sunday or Monday (If I'm don't use Sports Active on Sunday) which is what prompts the "test" to pop-up.
Your weight determines how many calories you burn, so that is kind of important but the game will still give you your calories burned. The pulse test, or heart rate test, measures how quick your heart can go to a resting heart rate. With the Wii you do "foot fires" (That is what it's called in English) which takes my heart rate up to about 145 beats per minute. Then it has me walk around a virtual track slowly and measures how many minutes it takes me heart rate to go to 95 beats per minute.

I was unable to figure out how to trigger the test again, so it was skipped for that week. I've been lucky that I haven't missed any other Sunday tests, but I'd love to figure out how to trigger it again if I miss one in the future.|||I haven't been able to figure out how to trigger it either...on the Wii or the PS3. I do not think that it is possible to manually kick it off, if you skip it you have to wait until next week.
At least on the Wii it doesn't automatically go into it right when the game loads up like on the PS3. That way if you want to do it after your normal routine you can just wait and make sure you don't select "Journal" and select to do it at the end of your workout.|||Thank you very much. Now it is clear for me and I will wait to next Sunday.|||Hmmm ... never had this test and Sunday is one of my regular workout days.
Does this come up in the 9-week program (which I do) or the Cardio Jump Start (never done that)?|||

Nothing has come up on Sunday/Monday, or even Tuesday asking if you want to update your weight? On the Wii, I do all custom workouts 'cause my knees cannot take the high impact in the Challenges, so it has nothing to do with the challenges no matter how many days or weeks. When you click on the journal that usually triggers the weight question then the pulse test.

That's the key on the Wii. Click on 'Journal' on your first workout day of the week.
