How do i manually skipping exercises in a workout. Thanks|||What system are you on? On the Wii you can either red x it at the beginning when it shows you the whole list, or after the exercise starts hit pause (+) and select "skip exercise" from the menu that pops up.|||If it's a PS3 system your on, as the exercise starts press the start button on the controller and the menu will pop up allowing you to skip/restart etc. Hope that helps.|||It is a PS3 you push start up pops settings, quit workout, restart only no skip. Help|||You aren't able to skip an exercise in multiplayer mode, single player only.
