Rest days for 30 Day Challenge

Maybe I'm not getting it, but the program seems to be picking my rest days for the 30 Day Challenge and it doesn't want me to deviate from their schedule. Problem is that some of those rest days are wide open days and easy for me to work out while some work out days are impossible to get to with my schedule. I would like to pick my own "rest days". Do I have to get out of the 30 day challenge to do that?|||Nope, not at all. If you boot up the game on what's scheduled for a rest day, it'll just pop up a notice which you can click "ok" on to make it go away, and then go to your regular main menu. If you do your next 30-day workout on what's scheduled for a rest day, it just moves the rest day to the next day. I've done 6 days in a row before I think.
You can also skip more than one workout day without it affecting your challenge (although you'd have to skip a rest day to make up for it and finish in time)|||Take a rest day whenever you want. The game will call that day a rest day and adjust the rest of your workouts. You can workout three days in a row, 7 days in a row or every other day for ever and ever. It just suggests you take a rest day every 2 days, but you really don't have to.|||

I thought the exact same thing when I saw the setup. Good to know that, true to my natural self, I can just continue to do exactly as I please, LOL. The wii will let you work out whenever you choose
