Bent-Over Rows

From what I understand, the bent-over rows are meant to work your arms & back. However, whenever I do the bent-over rows (or any combination including the bent-over rows), I find my thighs to be working and they tire before the reps are finished. The pain in my thighs causes me to stand up before I've completed the exercise and I do not feel the activity in my arms/back. What am I doing wrong? |||maybe you're bending down too low.|||maybe you're bending down too low.|||That's what I was thinking. Don't squat down so far and make sure you grip the strap down far enough that you feel the tension. If you start to feel it in your thights just straighten your legs a little until they don't feel the strain.
