Weekly Weigh-in July 3rd!!

It's that time again!!

Current (Completed 17/20 Workouts)
Weight:139
Hips 37
Waist 27 1/2
My weight is UP a pound from last week, the only change I have made is the addition of a 20 gram protein shake with 100 calories, but I have been using this as my "breakfast" so I don't know how that could be causing me any issues, but now I am suspicious
|||Here's today's info:
I did my first weigh in on Day 3 on June 19th.
Age: 36.5
Female
Height - 5'6"
Weight June 19th: 243.6
goal weight - 160
Bust: 47
Waist: 44
Hips: 51
June 26:
Weight: 245 (had our anniversary dinner on the weekend, ah well)
B: 46
W: 39
H: 51
July 3:
weight: 243.6 (I really want to get under 240 as a short term goal)
B: 44
W: 39
H: 50
Right arm: 17 (I want to keep an eye on my upper arms, they tend to get more than "toned" which makes my shirts not fit as well)
Ok, so lost a couple inches from the bust and hips--COOL!
I gave myself 2 rest days in a row this week, needed it-- but seeing these stats is motivation to get in there and finish up this challenge!|||Last Week:

Goal Weight: 170
I succeeded in last week's goal to drink more water. I've been downing a 50.7 oz bottle each day. My goal this week is to try and exercise more outside of the 30-day challenge, which probably means other workouts, and some wii fit. I'm still not to the point in my willpower where I can just do 100 crunches on my own. But I was thinking about the marathon training.|||I finally found some old measurements I had taken in jan.

Wow! What a great loss!!
Great stats this week everyone! Retrogradesonnett--awesome reminder about drinking more water, that is something I need to work on too. Even though pretty much all I drink is water, I haven't been drinking enough of it!
I think I will start setting weekly goals the same as you, great idea!!
I REALLY wanted a treat tonight, but I forced myself to stay away from the bag of doritos that the kids were eating. It was hard though!!|||I'm late, but I did weigh in on Friday... lost 2 pounds down to 156!

Obviously the weight is off, but you get the general idea!|||Holy crap! What a result! What's your secret KimmyJane?!? How long have you been doing the Active and when did you start seeing the weight coming off?|||better late than never!
I have finally hit 176lbs and am working really hard to hit 175 by friday, July 10!
I have got a seven weeks to be at my goal weight so I gotta get burning! I have increased my workouts from 2 - 2 1/2 hours a day to three hours broken up a day which I think should help me get there! I am planning on doing a liquid cleansing during the last week of July. Has anyone tried one?
|||Wow! Great job kim! You look so thin!!
I haven't done a liquid cleanse, but I have thought about it!
I started a NEW 30 day challenge yesterday. I am working on the perspective now that this will be a way of life for me, not obsessing over every pound, inch, etc. I think if I work out on a regular basis, eventually I will get to where I want to be. Looking forward to hearing everyone's stats tomorrow!!!
