I've been using EA Sports Active 2 for a few months now and I am always surprised at how much it kicks my "rear-end" every time I start a new program. I've also always wondered about ways in which to maximize my workouts as I was thinking about ways to make those in-game workout sessions to be a lot more realistic, like the inclusion of a real skipping rope during skipping and such.
What I've come up with is a list called "10 Easy ways to improve your EA Sports Active 2 Workout".

Please do comment and rate the post as I was wondering what other methods you guys are using and other ways to improve my workout intensity while using the program.
Thanks in advance.
