OK so I am reallly out of shape and I need to know what workouts I should do since I am just a beginner at all of this...I tried the step aerobic or whatever its called and I just about died! And I wasn't on there for the full ten minutes. That's so bad...Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks!
I even bought two 2 pound dumbbells and a step thingy. I don't think am ready for those yet?
