How can you make up "Missed Workouts?"

It always seems that I have a least 1-2 missed workouts listed each time I work out on my wii. I try to get caught up by playing the earliest missed workout and yet they still remain. How can I get caught up. Sometimes I do two workouts in one calender workout day, but that can get pretty tiring. Can I workout on one of my off days, select earliest missed workout, and make up a missed workout that way.
Please help me out on this. It drives me crazy!
Julie|||Hi Julie:
That's exactly how to do it. You can do it either way, but I agree that doing 2 workouts in a day could be tiring. I've done it both ways...done the missed workouts on my rest days, but also doubled up the workouts when I've needed to. Bear in mind that you've got until your last scheduled workout day to make them up and get credit for program completion. If you don't make up the missed workouts by then, you will not get credit for completing the program.|||Thank you so much for your help!
Julie|||You're welcome.
The other thing I should have mentioned (and the reason why it may seem as though you aren't getting caught up) is this:
Let's say today is a scheduled workout day, and you also have 2 missed workouts you'd like to make up. So you go in, and you do the missed workouts, and the program shows that you are all caught up. But...you still haven't done the scheduled workout for the day, and if you don't do it before the clock strikes 12....guess what. You log in tomorrow and you see a missed workout. So bear in mind that the calendar keeps rolling while you are trying to make up the missed workouts, and that you still need to do your other workouts as scheduled. You will only be fully caught up when you have finished all of the missed workouts as well as the scheduled workout for that day.
Good luck with the workouts.|||

You also can disconnect your internet connection and change the date on your calendar (console settings) to correspond to when you should have done the exercise. Then change date back and connect to the internet to update online stats.|||
Hi all,
I'm new to Active, but how do you get to the missed workouts (xbox 360) ? I missed yesterday, but I got up this morning (a rest day) and tried to run my program but its grayed out. I looked through some custom programs and it I saw the one I think I would have been doing so I did that, but it didn't change anything.
I don't mind doing the workout for credit, but I'd like to go back and do yesterday's somehow. I'm just not sure how?
Hopefully you can help me?
Thanks!
