30 Day Challenge Questions

Can you use the 30 Day challenge to build muscle and gain weight without losing weight?|||I'm a 16 year old dude that needs to build muscle without losing weight because I'm only 102 pounds. Is EA Active aimed just for losing weight? or can you use it to gain?|||EA SPORTS Active is definitely not just for losing weight. Many people are using the product for just that, but others have decided to focus on "toning" as opposed to weight loss.
The 30 day challenge is set up so that your workouts are created for you - they are balanced workouts, focusing on the entire body. It's a great way to experience the product. If you really want to focus on building muscle, you can actually customize your own workouts and therefore will be able to focus on the specific body parts that you want.
