Missed workouts on the 30 day challenge?

What happens if I'm not able to workout on a "New" workout day, but I am able to workout on a "rest" day, is there any way to edit this beforehand? Will it penalize me for missing a workout? Will it let me do it on the rest day instead of the actual day?|||You can catch up on your rest day or you can just carry on. Whenever you workout next it will move you to the next day of the challenge. The only thing you miss out on if you miss too many days is the completeing the challenge in 30 days trophy which most of us never got because of a glitch in the game anyway.
If you really want to mess with the thing just set the calendar on your console back to the date you missed and do your workout. If you feel like doing 2 in one day you can set it back to the right day and do that one too.
|||I just started the 9 week challenge and it's not letting me move a workout up! I cannot workout tomorrow so I want to do it today and it keeps telling me today is a rest day.. how do I change this?|||There is a mixture of the first game - EASA Personal Trainer and the new game EASA 2 in this topic. How missed / scheduling workouts in the 2 games are different.
In the first one, you really didn't need to mess with it. The calendar would basically just readjust automatically. You could workout on a rest day or rest on a workout day and just pick up the next time you went in wherever you left off.
EASA 2 is more structured. You can change your workout days moving forward, but not really on the fly. When you miss a workout, the game puts it into your missed workouts and you can make them up anytime. I usually just make them up on a rest day.
|||I missed one day on the 9 week challenge and it now gives me the option to do that missed workout whenever I want. So those missed workouts arent lost forever.
