Invite Friends for a Total Workout

I have opened my home on Sundays to a few of my friends for a 2 hour workout. It propels me into having a good week. I look forward to the extra "push" on Sundays.
The first week we did the EA Active 30 minute step followed by a custom-made 30 minute workout.
The second week we did Leslie Sansone's 4-mile Fast and Firm DVD Walking workout followed by her 30 minute Firm and Tone Workout.
Every day I do 30 minutes of Step with EA. Now 3 days a week I also do Leslie's 4 miles. But Sundays I add that extra half hour. It is making a difference.
