How long and how often do you workout ?

I usualy workout for 90 mins to 2 hours per day,
I start with my custom workout for the day, then my fitness coach cardio,
Then onto Wii fit for free jogging for 30 mins.
Then some ab work and stretching.
I have completed my 7th week today, my weigh in time is later on.
Down 16lbs so far, hoping for another 1 or 2 this week.
I am a lot fitter now, and have more stamina.
I have only done 1 30 day, but I don't like the sports drills, so I won't be doing another.
I just set my goals and make my own workouts.

http://www.nflshops.us|||I generally only do my days challenge workout each day. I chose a preset usually on the rest days and sometimes when I have time I either do some boxing on Fit or play tennis on Wii Sports.
I've actually been looking into Burst Training for a change. I've heard good things about it and it sure takes a lot less time! I find that my diet takes the weight off for more than working out. I do workouts for toning more than as a weight loss technique. I've lost 15 lbs since the end of June and am just in a maintenance mode now.|||I do a 30 day workout and then an 20 to 30 minute custom workouts. My custom workouts are mainly dance and kickboxing to keep moving and burning calaries after the main part of my workout. I have never heard of Burst training before, it sounds interesting, the link above is from youtube.
I will look into burst training a bit more.
