Hi there!! I have been using my active, but not as steadily as I would like, (few days on, more days off, etc...) so I am re-starting tomorrow with the new challenge. Anyone who is starting with me, or who is new to the program, feel free to buddy up so we can support eachother through this! I am also on aol at Carrybradshaw1. Good Luck and Take care. Not sure if I can ask here but am confused abount one thing I have come from using Wii Fit and I am using the Balaince Board with the Wii Active. So my question is when I an doing an exercise that does not use the Balance am I suppose to were shoes? As I know on the Balance Board you do not. Seems like a lot of stopping and starting.|||In. I have 2 days to complete but will catch up on rest days
|||I do wear shoes as some of the exercises are really hard on the feet. So please wear them|||I would wear shoes. You can wear them with the balance board. I believe there was someone on this forum that broke their foot because they didnt wear shoes.
I started my first challange and didnt wear shoes for about the first 10 days. my knees killed me. after I started wearing shoes and added a pad for running most of the pain was gone or eased way up|||me, me, me!!! I'm in!|||Hey!! So glad to see all the support on here!! We will hang in there and get through each workout together!! I am actually looking forward to my workout tonight. We can check in daily, weekly, or as often as everyone would like. Take care!!

Kris|||Well I just finished my first workout. I have a Wii fit board so I got to use that with my 30 day workout. I chose low level intensity to start with since it is my first day and I am still recovering from a sprained ankle. WOW is all I have to say. Did I sweat?? HECK YES!! Do I feel it?? YES I feel it!! But I will be back tomorrow to do it all over again!! I hate to run and I hate to sweat, but after my Wii fit board told me I was obese for the very first time today I figure I need to like each a little better!! My goal today ws to burn 90 ish calories and according to the EA active I burned 116 calories!! YAY!! I am on my way!! So do not give up and I will not either!! I hope everyone has a good first day workout as I did today!! Help keep me here by telling your story!! Good luck!! See ya tomorrow!!
