Heart Rate Recover Time - How Measured and What is good?

What is a good Heart Rate Recovery Time? I can only find ways to find my Heart Recovery Rate but not TIME. If I know how it is measured then I could probably back into a good number.
Any help here is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,

I think mine was about 1:45. So I'm assuming that the software has me exercising for 2 minutes but what heart rate triggers the timer to stop to come up with 1:45?
Thanks in advance,
Ron|||The Active 2 program tries to get your heart rate up so that it gets into Zone 5. It then starts a timer and measures the time it takes for your heart rate to drop back down into Zone 1. The time displayed is the elapsed time for your heart rate to recover. You should recover faster as you get more fit.
