HOW TO ADD BUDDIES AND ComMUNICATE WItH THEM USING tHE Wii
1st of all, you have be on someone's buddy list by console, both respective owners have to add each other. it can't be one way.
Anyway, to access these options you have to click the envelope icon in the Wii menu. It's called "the Wii Message Board".
Go to "Create Message" which is the icon with a paper and a pencil.
click "Address Book".
You will see your Number (like a phone number)
It wills say..
"This Console's Wii Number"
(random numbers)
This will always be there for you to see so don't worry about it, but if you're going to a buddy's house and you want to give them your number, best to keep it handy.
Click "Register".
Now you have 2 options.
If a buddy gives you their Wii number, then click the icon that says "Wii".
Click on the empty box that says "Enter Wii Number" and then enter the number of your buddy's Wii and submit it.
If a buddy gives you their e-mail address, you have the option of sending e-mail through the Wii. Click "Others" in the right icon that shows a pic of a cell phone and a computer.
Click on the empty space that says "Enter an address". Put in the e-mail of the person and submit it.
