Transferring Workout from PS3 to Xbox 360

Hi All,
I currently have a PS3 with EA Active2 but will be shortly swapping my PS3 for an Xbox 360 with Kinect.
I was just wondering if there is anyway of transferring my current workout program from my PS3 to my Xbox360?
If not I will simply have to start again.

I am considering the same except from Wii to Xbox. I was also wondering if workout history can be transferred from one device to another.|||Doubt it the game data would be in a different format on PS3 than it would on the 360.
