I just picked this game up Monday, so I'm not to familiar with it yet. Is there a way to change what days you have workouts scheduled on? I don't want to miss any but, I have one scheduled for today and that's just not happening

My abs are killing me, I could hardly even sit up this morning and I have a driveway full of heavy wet snow to shovel (I don't workout on snow shoveling days, it's a workout it's self, not to mention it kills my back).|||Are you on the Wii or PS3 or Xbox? You can change the days but only for NEXT WEEK's schedule. I think you need to go into the settings screen to find where to do that. Let me know if you cant find it and I will go on my console and get you detailed instructions on where to find them.
If you miss any workouts it will put it into a "missed workout" section and you can make them up anytime you want. If you miss todays you can make it up on your next day or wait until a normal rest day and make it up. Just select the "missed workouts" button on the program hub.
Just make sure you have made up all of your missed workouts before the end date of your challenge or you won't get the challenge complete trophy/award!
